Ingredients
1 6 oz can of Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup mayo (increase for creamier)
2 tsp wasabi paste (plus for more spice)
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup diced pickles
¼ cup corn
¼ cup diced apple
¼ cup frozen peas
⅓ cup crispy jalapeño or onion chips (plus more for the topping)
2 tsp agave syrup
salt and pepper
Directions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, lemon juice, mayonnaise and wasabi paste.
Next, add the tuna and stir until it is evenly combined.
Add the veggies and remaining ingredients to the bowl, and stir to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to enjoy later!
