Thaw salmon and pat dry. Drizzle salmon with olive oil.
In a small bowl, stir to combine paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Rub spice mixture over salmon and let rest 10-15 minutes.
While salmon rests, prepare the Avocado Ranch by adding all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet (preferably cast-iron) over medium-high. When the pan is hot, add salmon fillets, flesh side-down and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, flipping halfway.
Serve salmon with rice, greens, and Avocado Ranch.
