Wild albacore tuna is mashed with avocado, ranch dressing, red onion and lemon into a creamy, high-protein dip, ready to scoop up with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1 x 6oz Can of Premier Catch Wild Albacore Tuna
1 medium avocado
2 tbsp ranch dressing
¼ cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
salt & pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ lemon, juiced
tortilla chips, to serve

Directions

Open the can of tuna, drain it well, and place the contents in a bowl.
Add avocado and mash until well combined.
Stir in ranch dressing, red onion, cilantro, seasonings, and lemon juice.
Serve with tortilla chips!
