1 x 7.5oz Can of Albacore Tuna
1 medium avocado
2 tbsp ranch dressing
¼ cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
salt & pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ lemon juiced
optional: tortilla chips
Open can of tuna and place contents in bowl.
Add avocado and mash until well combined.
Stir in ranch dressing, red onion, cilantro, seasonings, and lemon juice.
Serve with tortilla chips or in a wrap!
