Albacore Tuna Curry Lettuce Wrap
This is the perfect, quick, healthy lunch!
Open can of tuna and place contents in bowl.
Mix in 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, using a fork to break apart the tuna.
Add red curry powder and mix.
Chop 1-2 green onions.
Fill lettuce leaves with tuna mixture and top with green onions and an extra sprinkle of curry powder.
