Premier Catch Superfood Salmon Bowl
1 cup Japanese Mayo
1/2 cup Sriracha Sauce
1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
Creamy Sriracha Sauce:
Thaw the salmon, pat dry, and cut into 1/2" pieces.
Rub with cajun seasoning.
Air fry the salmon at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Add rice, steamed or roasted broccoli, salmon, avocado, and green onions to a bowl.
Drizzle creamy sauce over.
Serve and enjoy!
