Tuna pickle boats are a quick, savory snack made by filling crisp pickle halves with a flavorful tuna salad. The tuna mixture typically includes mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped celery or onion. The tangy pickles complement the creamy tuna perfectly, making these boats a refreshing and satisfying appetizer or light meal.

Tuna Pickle Boats

Ingredients

    • Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

    • ¼ cup mayonnaise

    • 1 tbsp sweet relish

    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

    • 1 tsp hot honey

    • 1 tbsp diced white onion

    • 1 tbsp diced celery

    • salt and pepper to taste

    • 4 or more large dill pickles

    • chives for a garnish

    • hot honey to garnish

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, add the tuna and tuna salad ingredients. Mix until evenly combined.

    2. Slice vertically down each dill pickle, creating an opening for the tuna salad.

    3. Scoop tuna salad in each pickle.

    4. Top with chives and hot honey.

    5. Enjoy!
