Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer

Enjoy this elevated shrimp cocktail appetizer! This is a football-season staple and a key ingredient to a successful tailgate before Husky games. With just six ingredients, this recipe is as delicious as it is easy to make.
Our Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp are pre-cooked so it is quick and easy to thaw and include in this recipe. In addition to convenient, they are also delicious and high-protein.
Another highly important part of this recipe is Jeff's homemade cocktail sauce which is free of additives and high-fructose corn syrup!

Ingredients
1 cup Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup cocktail sauce (two parts ketchup and 1 part horseradish)
fresh lemon
½ cup chopped green onions
crackers of choice
Directions
Thaw shrimp and pat dry.
In a small bowl, mix 2 parts ketchup and 1 part horseradish to create the cocktail sauce. Adjust to your flavor preference (we like it hot).
On a plate, layer cream cheese, cocktail sauce, and thawed shrimp.
Top with chopped green onions and fresh lemon.
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
