The wild snow crab is rinsed, patted dry and laid over the pasta at the end rather than cooked into the sauce. Underneath, linguine is tossed in lemon butter and Parmesan, and toasted garlic bread crumbs go over the top for crunch. Prep and cooking together come to about twenty minutes, and it serves two.

Snow Crab Pasta with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
8oz Wild Snow Crab Meat
2 servings linguine
½ cup + 1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
½ cup bread crumbs
½ lemon + lemon zest
½ cup Parmesan cheese
freshly chopped parsley
salt & pepper
Directions
Thaw snow crab, rinse, and pat dry.
Cook linguine according to package.
While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tbsp butter in a small skillet and sautée garlic for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Add bread crumbs and sautée for 3-5 minutes or until crispy.
In another saucepan, melt ½ cup butter and add the juice of ½ a lemon.
Strain pasta and pour lemon butter sauce over the top. Mix together and add parmesan cheese.
Plate the pasta and top with crispy bread crumbs and garlic, snow crab meat, parsley, and lemon zest. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
