Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese "Butter Board"
1 block cream cheese
2 tbsp capers
salt & pepper
crackers of choice
Start with a wooden, rectangular cutting board.
Smear cream cheese with a cheese knife or spoon until the board is covered.
Top with flaked smoked salmon, capers, dill, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
