The gravlax is cured at home first: wild Alaska sockeye buried in rock salt, sugar, dill and pepper, weighted and turned every twelve hours for a day and a half, then rinsed and sliced thin. After that this is assembly — cream cheese whipped with lemon, salt and pepper on a round cracker, a slice of cucumber, the gravlax and fresh dill.

Ingredients

Sockeye Salmon Gravlax
Cucumber, sliced into rounds
Round crackers
Cream cheese
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Optional: green onions, finely chopped
Fresh dill

Directions

Whip cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Optional: Mix in finely chopped green onions.
Spread whipped cream cheese on a round cracker.
Top with cucumber slice, gravlax, and fresh dill.
Serve and enjoy!
