These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Canned Albacore Tuna. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!


Premier Catch Classic Tuna Melt

Ingredients

  • Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

  • ¼ cup mayo

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp diced celery

  • 1 tbsp dill diced

  • 1 tbsp red onion diced

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tomato, sliced or diced

  • english muffin

  • cheddar cheese slices

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine tuna, mayo, lemon juice, honey, diced celery, onion, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Scoop tuna salad on each side of an english muffin. Top with a slice of tomato and cheddar cheese.

  4. Bake tuna melts for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the muffin is toasted.

  5. Enjoy!
