These are three of our favorite ways to prepare and enjoy our premium canned albacore tuna (pictured left to right):

Curry: Mix a can of albacore tuna with mayo and sprinkle red curry powder to taste

Traditional: Mix a can of albacore tuna with mayo and chopped chives, fresh ground pepper.

Avocado: Mix a can of albacore tuna with a tsp of mayo and half of an avocado, fresh ground pepper.

Ingredients

Premier Catch Wild Albacore Tuna
Mayonnaise
Red curry powder, to taste
Chives, chopped
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 avocado

Directions

Drain the tuna.
Curry: Mix a can of albacore tuna with mayonnaise and sprinkle with red curry powder to taste.
Traditional: Mix a can of albacore tuna with mayonnaise, chopped chives and fresh ground pepper.
Avocado: Mix a can of albacore tuna with 1 tsp of mayonnaise and half of an avocado, and fresh ground pepper.
