Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

¼ cup mayo (or sub Greek yogurt)

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 celery stalk, diced

1 tbsp red onion, diced

1 pickle, diced

1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Sourdough bread

Sliced cucumber

Mashed avocado

Green onions, chopped

Directions
Combine the tuna, mayo, Dijon mustard, celery, onion, pickle, and green onions in a medium sized bowl. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the slices of sourdough bread until it reaches your desired crispiness.
Spread mashed avocado on each slice of sourdough bread. Top with sliced cucumber and the tuna salad. Garnish with chopped green onions and hemp seeds.
