Ingredients

Wild Alaska Smoked King Salmon

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves minced garlic

12 ounces zucchini noodles

¼ cup diced cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp pickled red onions
-
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
-
salt & pepper
-
red pepper flakes

lemon to garnish
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sautée until fragrant.
Toss zoodles, cherry tomatoes, and pickled onions in and gently stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
Season with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes according to your desired taste.
Top with flakes smoked salmon.
