Tuna Toast with Avocado and Feta

Create a quick and delicious Canned Tuna Toast with Avocado and Feta. Simply layer tuna salad and sliced avocado on toasted bread and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Perfect for a light, healthy snack!

Tuna Toast with Avocado and Feta

Ingredients

  • Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp sweet relish

  • 1 tsp hot honey

  • 1 tbsp diced white onion

  • 1 tbsp diced celery

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • sourdough bread

  • feta cheese

  • green onions to garnish

  • dill to garnish

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add the tuna and tuna salad ingredients. Mix until evenly combined.

  2. Toast sourdough bread slices.

  3. Scoop the tuna salad on the toasted bread.

  4. Top with feta cheese, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
