Create a quick and delicious Canned Tuna Toast with Avocado and Feta. Simply layer tuna salad and sliced avocado on toasted bread and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Perfect for a light, healthy snack!

Ingredients

Premier Catch Wild Albacore Tuna
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 tsp hot honey
1 tbsp diced white onion
1 tbsp diced celery
salt and pepper to taste

Toast:

Sourdough bread, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
Feta cheese, crumbled, for topping
green onions to garnish
dill to garnish
1 tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, add the tuna and tuna salad ingredients. Mix until evenly combined.
Toast sourdough bread slices.
Scoop the tuna salad on the toasted bread and layer the sliced avocado on top.
Top with feta cheese, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper, then finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve and enjoy!
