Salmon Bacon Avocado Caesar Salad Wrap

Salmon Bacon Avocado Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 6oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

  • avocado oil

  • spice mix: salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder

  • 1 large torilla

  • 2 tbsp basil pesto

  • 1-2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 1 tbsp caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or feta cheese

  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1/4 avocado, diced

Directions

  1. Start by thawing the salmon, lightly spray it with avocado oil, and rub the spice mix on.

  2. Air-fry the salmon for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.

  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, caesar salad, and blue cheese.

  4. Lightly toast the tortilla.

  5. Layer the pesto, caesar salad, avocado, crumbled bacon, and cooked salmon.

  6. Roll it up, slice and half, enjoy!
