These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!

Premier Catch Salmon Tacos

Ingredients

    • 3 cups coleslaw mix

    • ¼ cup mayonnaise

    • 2 tbsp lime juice

    • 2 tsp+ honey

    • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

    • salt and pepper

    • Corn tortillas

    • Cojita cheese

    • Radish, thinly sliced

    • Chopped cilantro

    Directions

      1. In a large bowl, combine slaw mix with mayo, lime juice, honey, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Set aside while the salmon cooks.

      1. Mix seasonings together and rub onto thawed salmon filets.

      2. Air-fry for 6 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees.

      1. Lightly toast corn tortillas.

      2. Fill with slaw, flaked salmon, cojita cheese, radish slices, and top with cilantro.

      3. Serve and enjoy!
