2 x 8oz portions of Wild Pacific Halibut

2/3 cup fresh lime juice

Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1-2 habanero peppers, sliced without seeds

1/2 cup corn nuts
-
Sliced avocado
-
Plantain chips

Roasted sweet potato

Thaw halibut and slice into small cubes. Place in a bowl.
Add sliced red onions, habaneros, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the halibut.
Marinate the halibut in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Remove the ceviche from fridge and top with corn nuts.
Serve with plantain chips, roasted sweet potatoes, and avocado. Enjoy!
