Absolutely delicious, and so easy to prepare. We used a non-stick pan and started with two filets, and after we flipped them added the second two.
The lemon sauce was very buttery. Next time I will start with two tablespoons of butter, and maybe 2 lemons. Very easy recipe to adjust to taste!
