    Premier Catch Pan-Seared Halibut

    2 lbs Wild Pacific Halibut (4 x 8 oz portions)

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp paprika

    1 tsp sea salt

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    4 tbsp olive oil

    Lemon butter sauce:

    1/2 cup salted butter

    juice from 1 medium lemon

    Season the fish on both sides with the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add fish to hot oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet, searing without moving the fish for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for 2-4 more minutes, until cooked through and starts to flake apart. Remove fish from pan and set aside. Melt butter in same pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add juice from lemon. Drizzle over halibut and serve. Enjoy!
