Storage: Your seafood should be kept frozen until you are ready to enjoy it. For best quality, we recommend consuming within 6 months of purchase.

Standard Thaw Method: The safest way to thaw your scallops is under refrigeration. We recommend removing the product from the original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag or on a plate, and allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.

If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the vacuum-sealed bag in a bowl of COLD water for 30-45 minutes. Once defrosted, remove from the packaging, rinse gently with cool water in a collander and pat dry.

Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of defrosting.

At Premier Catch, we work directly with fishermen in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest who harvest wild seafood from some of the most carefully managed fisheries in the world. Our seafood is caught using responsible fishing methods such as trolling, longlining, and pots, depending on the species and fishery.

After harvest, the seafood is processed in the United States and flash frozen at peak freshness to preserve its natural flavor, texture, and quality. Flash freezing locks in freshness within hours of harvest so it tastes as close to fresh as possible when it reaches your kitchen.

Unlike much of the seafood sold in the U.S., our products are never sent overseas for processing. From the fishing grounds to processing and packaging, your seafood stays within trusted U.S. supply chains.

Every portion is individually vacuum sealed to protect quality and ensure your seafood arrives in excellent condition.

When it comes to seafood, wild-caught from the U.S. is the gold standard. At Premier Catch, we offer only wild, sustainably harvested seafood from the waters of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest โ€” never farmed.

Wild seafood grows in its natural habitat, feeding on a native diet, which leads to leaner, more nutrient-rich fish. Unlike farmed fish, which are often raised in crowded pens and fed processed diets with antibiotics or additives, our seafood is clean, traceable, and free from unwanted chemicals.

By choosing wild American seafood, youโ€™re:

  • Supporting responsible U.S. fisheries and coastal communities
  • Protecting ocean ecosystems through sustainable practices
  • Enjoying superior flavor and nutrition in every bite

Whether you're in Seattle, California, New York, or anywhere in the U.S., our mission is to make it easy to access premium wild-caught seafood delivered directly to your door.

Did you know that nearly 90% of Americans arenโ€™t meeting the recommended seafood intake? According to the USDA, most people are missing out on the proven health benefits of eating seafood โ€” including heart health, brain function, and reduced inflammation.

Nutrition experts recommend eating at least two servings (8 oz) of seafood each week โ€” ideally wild-caught fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon, sablefish, halibut, and albacore tuna.

At Premier Catch, we make it easy to get your weekly seafood servings with:

  • Wild-caught, nutrient-dense seafood from Alaska and the Pacific Northwest
  • Flash-frozen portions shipped straight to your door, anywhere in the U.S.
  • Clean, high-protein options with no antibiotics, dyes, or preservatives

How much seafood are you enjoying each week?
