Our seafood is frozen to lock in the nutrients and flavor. By flash freezing seafood soon after it's caught, we preserve the freshness so when you thaw it at home, it's as fresh as it was the day it was caught.
Seafood from the grocery store or market can be sitting out for extended periods of time or thawed on arrival. By offering frozen seafood, we put you in control of the freshness!
Our flash frozen seafood should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
