Our Wild Alaska Cod is sustainably hooked and line caught in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska on the F/V Northern Leader and F/V Alaskan Leader. Wild Alaska Cod is also known as "Pacific Cod" or "True Cod" and has a very mild flavor, firm texture, and is an incredible source of lean protein.
