Big Shipping Update: We’re Expanding to Ohio

Big Shipping Update: We’re Expanding to Ohio

Posted by Joci Besecker on

We’re so excited to share some big news: Premier Catch has officially qualified to move our “east” warehouse location from Hastings, Nebraska to Lordstown, Ohio. We will begin shipping from this location on Monday, January 26, 2026.

This is a huge step forward for us, and an even bigger win for many of our Midwest and East Coast customers.

Why we’re making the move

Our goal is simple: get your wild seafood to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible, while keeping everything frozen solid and protected the entire way.

By moving farther east, we can:

  • reduce time in transit to many Midwest and East Coast destinations
  • improve delivery speed and consistence
  • help minimize potential delays, especially during busy shipping seasons

Where Premier Catch ships from

Our seafood is still wild-caught in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, then flash frozen at peak freshness. From there, orders ship from our two fulfillment locations:

  • Reno, Nevada
  • Lordstown, Ohio (coming soon, replacing Hastings, Nebraska)

Same wild seafood, same premium frozen packaging, just a better route to you.

What this means for your orders

You may start seeing your shipping label originate from Lordstown, Ohio instead of Hastings, Nebraska. Everything else stays the same, including our commitment to quality, cold chain handling, and getting your seafood to you in perfect condition.

We’ll continue to ship from Reno, NV for our West Coast customers, and Lordstown, OH will help us better serve the middle of the country and the East.

We can’t wait for you to experience the upgrade

We’re always working behind the scenes to make the Premier Catch experience better, faster, and more reliable, without ever compromising on quality.

Thank you for supporting our small family business, and for choosing wild seafood you can feel good about.

If you ever have questions about shipping, delivery timing, or where your order is coming from, we’re always here to help, just reach out to hello@premiercatch.com.
