Where Your Order Ships From
Our seafood is wild-caught, primarily in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, then flash-frozen at peak freshness. From there, every order ships from one of our two fulfillment locations:
- Reno, NV — serving our West Coast customers
- Lordstown, OH — serving the Midwest and the East Coast
Lordstown replaced our former east warehouse in Hastings, NE, and we began shipping from it in January 2026. Moving farther east shortened transit times to a lot of Midwest and East Coast addresses, which means less time on a truck and fewer chances for a delay during busy shipping seasons. Same wild seafood, same premium frozen packaging—just a better route to you.
