Our fish is flash-frozen, a process that is designed to lock in the freshness of seafood at its peak. Our premium seafood is frozen within hours of being caught, preserving its taste, texture, and nutritional value until it's ready to be enjoyed.

We guarantee you'll notice a difference between our flash-frozen and the "fresh" seafood you'll find at the grocery store or market. Often times "fresh" seafood is over two weeks old or has been frozen and thawed multiple times.

To guarantee delivery by the end of the week, orders must be placed by 11:59 pm CT on Monday, unless expedited shipping options are selected.

• Orders placed by 11:59 pm CT on Sunday and Monday typically ship the next day for arrival 1-3 days later. Depending on the transit time from our fulfillment warehouse, some orders placed up until Wednesday at 11:59 pm CT may ship the same week as well.
• All orders placed after 11:59 pm CT Wednesday thru Sunday will ship on Monday, to arrive 1-3 days later.

*We are not able to ship Friday - Sunday, as our items are perishable and cannot be delivered on a weekend.

Following the placement of your order, we will keep you updated on the status of your order via email. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships, is out for delivery, and when it arrives at your door.
