Wild Alaskan King Salmon: (4) 8 oz, bone-out and individually vacuum-sealed portions. Our king salmon is sustainably-caught in the waters of Southeast Alaska and can be described as rich, firm and succulent. King salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and is considered an extremely high-quality, sought-after protein.
Wild Pacific Halibut: (4) 8 oz, bone-out, skinless and individually vacuum-sealed portions. Our halibut come from Alaska and are sustainably-caught using longline fishing techniques. Wild Pacific Halibut are known for their flaky, firm texture and mild flavor.
Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: (4) 6 oz, bone-out and individually vacuum-sealed portions. Our sockeye salmon are from Southeast Alaska and are known for their vibrant red flesh and deep, rich flavor. Sockeye salmon have a firm texture and medium flake. A favorite among our family.
Wild Sablefish (aka Black Cod): (4) 6 oz, bone-out and individually vacuum-sealed portions. Our sablefish is harvested in the pristine waters of Alaska and the Washington/Oregon Coast. Sablefish are known for their rich, buttery flavor and high omega-3 content.
