Storage: Seafood ordered from Premier Catch should be kept frozen until ready for preparation. Items can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.

Thawing: The safest way to thaw your fish, shrimp and scallops is under refrigeration. We recommend removing the product from the original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag or on a plate, and allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.

If you require faster thawing, we recommend placing the vacuum-sealed bags in a bowl of COLD water for 30-45 minutes. Once thaw, remove from the packaging, rinse gently with cool water and pat dry.

The safest way to thaw your crab is under refrigeration. We recommend gently rinsing the crab legs under cold water and then placing them on a wire rack over a tray in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight. This ensures thawing at safe temperatures.

Keep refrigerated until serving or preparing. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.

We ship our seafood on Mondays and Tuesdays via UPS 2-Day Air or 1-3 Day Ground, depending on your location. All frozen items are shipped with dry ice in an eco-friendly insulated box.

Order Deadlines:

• Orders placed Tuesday after 10am thru Sunday before 10am PST will ship on Monday, to arrive 1-3 days later. 
• Orders placed Sunday after 10am thru Monday before 10am PST will ship Tuesday, to arrive 1-3 days later.

**Depending on your location, we may ship your order on Wednesday to arrive 1-2 days later. We are not able to ship Thursday - Sunday, as our items are perishable and cannot be delivered on a weekend.
