Your Favorite Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

2 cans Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna

1 package wide egg noodles

2 cans cream of mushroom soup (optional to substitute one for fat free version)

1 cup frozen peas

½ cup diced white onion

½ cup sliced mushrooms
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

½ cup Italian bread crumbs (optional to substitute for gluten free bread crumbs)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package.
In a large bowl, add the noodles, soup, one cup of cheese, flaked tuna, and veggies. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese bubbles, about 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
