Ingredients

8oz Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
-
¼ cup olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
thinly sliced red onion
-
capers
-
fresh parsley or dill
-
diced green onions
-
salt & pepper
Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry.
Use a non-serrated knife to slice the salmon against the grain into thin slices.
Arrange the slices on a platter or plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
In a small bowl or cup, mix together olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Pour over the salmon crudo.
Scatter the red onion slices, capers, herbs, and green onions on top of the salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
