Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bowl
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
½ russet potato
salt & pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 cups spinach
1 hard boiled egg
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Easy to Peel Hard Boiled Eggs:
Add eggs to boiling water and boil for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to simmer and cover for 6 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice and then rinse in cold water.
Preheat oven to 350.
Chop a russet potato into bite-sized pieces. Lightly season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Roast for 15-20 minutes. *Option to sauté instead.
Sauté spinach with a bit of olive oil, salt, & pepper in a pan over medium heat. This will take 1-2 minutes.
Place salmon, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, and an egg on a plate
Top with chives.
Optional: add hot sauce.
