Quick Shrimp and Avocado Salsa
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Oregon Bay Shrimp. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
2 roma tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, cubed
½ cucumber, diced
1 jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
½ red onion, diced
¼ cup green onions, chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
salt & pepepr
tortilla chips for serving
Thaw bay shrimp and pat dry.
Dice the cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, green onions, avocado, and jalapeño. Toss in a bowl with the shrimp and gently stir until mixed.
Add chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
