Dungeness Crab and Corn Chowder
These recipes were created from our passion for seafood, using Premier Catch’s tasty, wild-caught Dungeness Crab. We love to share them with our friends and family. From our kitchen to yours, here’s one of our favorites!
In a pot, sautee the onion and celery over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until soft.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, slowly stir in the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add crab, corn, milk, seasonings, and green chiles.
Simmer for 10 minutes and stir occasionally. Optional: add parsley.
Serve with crunchy bread and enjoy!
