Fisherman’s Favorite Salmon Burger

Ingredients

1lb Ground Salmon Meat
-
½ cup sautéed mushrooms and white onion, cooked and cooked ahead of time

1 egg

⅓ cup bread crumbs
-
⅓ cup shredded Parmesan
-
salt & pepper to taste

brioche buns
-
lettuce
-
tomato
-
sliced red onion
Burgers:
Directions
Thaw ground salmon meat.
In a large bowl, combine salmon meat, onions and mushrooms, bread crumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form mixture into patties. This recipe should make about six burgers.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and pan-fry the burgers for four minutes per side, flipping only once.
Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Serve with sauce of your choice and enjoy!
