Simple Shrimp Ceviche
1 package of Wild Oregon Shrimp
4 limes, juiced
1 large lemon, juiced
1 cup pico de gallo or homemade salsa (tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, cilantro)
1 avocado, cubed
Place thawed shrimp in a large bowl.
Pour lime and lemon juice over until covered.
Stir pico de gallo and avocado in.
Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
