1.5 lbs of Wild Alaska Spot Prawns (thawed and shelled)
2-3 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
1/4 cup butter
1/3 - 1/2 cup sherry cooking wine
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
Saute garlic in melted butter over med-high heat in large skillet. Add prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until firm and pink. Add sherry cooking wine and Tabasco and simmer for 1 minute. Do not overcook. Enjoy!
