Premier Catch Crispy Gluten Free Cod Bites
Wild Alaska Cod (1 x 8oz portion)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, whisked
Slice the cod fillet into small strips.
In a small bowl, mix the almond flour and spices. In another, whisk the egg.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.
Coat each cod strip in the whisked egg and then the almond flour mixture. Shake off any excess and add to the skillet. Repeat for all pieces.
Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until the coating is golden and the fish is cooked through.
Serve with ketchup, tartar sauce, or a classic caesar salad. Enjoy!
