Premier Catch Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
12 bella or crimini mushrooms
1.5 cups Dungeness Crab (approx. 6 legs)
1/3 cup cream cheese (we used whipped)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup chives, diced
2 tsp worcester sauce
optional: red pepper flakes if you want some kick
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, chives, parsley, and worcester sauce.
Remove the stems and scoop out the inside of the mushroom.
Place mushrooms on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in each mushroom.
Bake for 20 minutes and broil for the last minute.
