Ingredients

1.25lbs Alaska Weathervane Scallops

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

2 eggs
-
2 tbsp milk
-
1 cup flour
-
1 cup cracker meal or plain bread crumbs

1 tsp salt

olive oil
Directions
Once scallops are thawed, lay on plate and pat dry.
In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly with a fork and add milk.
Place flour on a plate.
Place cracker meal or bread crumbs on a plate.
Coat each scallop with 1) flour 2) egg & milk mixture 3) cracker meal or bread crumbs and set aside.
Heat olive oil on med-high heat in large skillet and add garlic.
Once fragrant, add scallops to skillet.
Cook scallops (without moving) for 2-3 min until brown and then flip.
Cook for 2-3 min until brown and opaque in the middle.
Remove from skillet, place on plate or serving tray and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot.
Enjoy!
We recommend serving with a lemon aioli, sriracha mayo, or tartar sauce, depending on your preference. They are also delicious on their own!
