This follows a traditional crab rangoon recipe (basically a cheesy crab puff ball of goodness) but is extra delicious with real, wild Dungeness crab meat -- and super simple cooked in the air fryer! You may also deep-fry, if preferred.

Ingredients
-
6 oz Dungeness Crab meat
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
-
3 tbsp green onions, chopped
-
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
-
1 tsp soy sauce
-
20 square wonton wrappers
-
1 large egg, beaten
-
fresh parsley, chopped, optional
-
sweet chili sauce, for dipping
Directions
Thaw crab, crack and loosely chop the meat.
Gently mix crab with softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce until combined.
Whisk egg in small bowl and set aside.
Place one wonton wrapper at a time on a cutting board and fill with 2 tsp of crab mixture.
Dip finger in beaten egg and run along the edge of the wrapper and then pinch to close, bringing each corner into the center. Brush egg mixture on top of each wonton wrapper once closed.
Place rangoons on air fryer tray (or basket) in single layer and air fry at 350 degrees for approx 5 min, until golden brown, bubbly and just crispy on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley (optional).
Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce.
